The Bubble Tea is awesome. It's my favorite thing on the menu so far aside from the Lettuce Wraps. Everything else has been a little greasy. Many of the items are fried. The Popcorn Chicken was good, but the Pork Ribs were done exactly the same way, and I was expecting something a little different. It's good when you want the ingredients to be fresh, but really the only reason I still order from here is because nobody else makes bubble tea as good as this place!

While some of the food was delicious, other dishes were only mediocre, so I'm giving Andy's 3 stars instead of 4. My favorite was the appetizer of lettuce wraps with a delicious filling of chicken and chopped vegetables. The hot and sour was very good, too, as were the dried sauteed string beans. However, the pork over rice dish tasted so nasty that we actually threw it out. A solid "3" for effort, but a lack of consistency in the flavor profile.

Very good Taiwanese food although the delivery took 30 min. We ordered fried oyster, , softshell crab, pork chops over rice and the family meal combo. The fried softshell crab is the best - it's perfectly fried and seasoned. Will definitely order again and try other dishes.

Recieved an order confirmation at 1:10 pm with an estimated delivery time of 15- 30 mins called the restaurant at 1:45 and my food was "on it's way". It has now been an hour with no sign of my food.

I do a lot of take-out from Andy's and they've been consistent both in quick delivery times and in terms of the food's quality/ taste. Highly recommended for their Fried Baby Oyster, Taiwanese Hamburger among other things I'm in the midst of trying out!
